A six-operator SEO studio. No middle layer.
Zasibis is a small studio, on purpose. We started it because the agencies we'd hired in past lives didn't use the product they sold. There was always an account manager, always a subcontracted writer, always a dashboard standing in for actual work. We wanted to work with one that didn't, so we built it.

We were tired of paying for SEO that didn't ship.
The founders ran growth at two B2B companies before Zasibis. Both times, we hired agencies. Both times, we got Notion docs back instead of work done. The strategy was usually sound. The execution sat in a backlog nobody owned, and a year later we'd paid six figures for a Slack channel and a quarterly slideshow.
In 2022 we started Zasibis as the agency we'd wanted to hire — small enough that the operators on the proposal call would still be on the kickoff call, the sprint planning, and the year-two renewal. Senior enough that 'I'll have to ask the strategy lead' is a sentence nobody on the team has ever said.
We've run 142 engagements since. Roughly 40% of inbound gets a no on the scoping call. The 60% we say yes to stay an average of 14 months. We're not trying to be the biggest agency. We're trying to be the one our clients want to recommend to a friend without flinching.
Four principles we don't bend on.
- Principle 01
Operators only.
We don't hire account managers, project coordinators, or 'client success' anyone. Six humans run every engagement — the same six humans on year-two retainers as on the kickoff call. If you hate the way most agencies feel, this is the part you'll notice first.
- Principle 02
Ship artefacts, not advice.
Most agencies hand over a Notion doc. We write the PRs, the schema, the briefs, the editor's pass on the briefs, the outreach emails. The deliverable is what landed in your repo, your CMS, or your CRM this sprint. If we can't point to an artefact, we didn't do the work.
- Principle 03
Quote prices on the website.
Most agencies hide pricing because the answer is 'it depends'. We agree it depends — and we still publish honest ranges per service. You can scope us in or out before either of us wastes time. The exact number is in the proposal, but the band is already public.
- Principle 04
Turn down work we'd be bad at.
We say no to roughly 40% of inbound. Wrong stage, wrong vertical, wrong shape. Sometimes we'll refer you to a different agency we trust. We'd rather lose the deal than take work we'd be embarrassed by twelve months in.
