Real engagements. Verified numbers.

Every case study below was signed off by the client before we published it. No inflated deltas, no hand-waved baselines. Stape and Paybis let us use their names. The others are under NDA — we walk through the dashboards on the call instead.

01 · Server-side GTM · B2B SaaS·Global · EN-led
S
Stape
Used with permission

+412% non-brand organic across 14 sGTM-related clusters

+412% MoT

Stape sells server-side Google Tag Manager hosting to growth and analytics teams. The product was best-in-class; the SEO surface around it was a sprawling blog and a docs subdomain that didn't cross-link. Buyers searching '[platform] server-side gtm' weren't finding them. We rebuilt the editorial estate around the 14 query clusters that actually drive demos.

  • Migrated docs from a subdomain to a subfolder without losing a single ranking.
  • Shipped 38 integration pages — one per source/destination combo Stape supports.
  • Rebuilt the comparison-page cluster (vs. Stape Lite, vs. self-hosted, vs. competitors).
  • Demos from organic up 5.1× by month 14.
  • Engagement still active — quarter-by-quarter scope sign-off, no auto-renew.
02 · Fintech · Crypto on-ramp·EU + LatAm · ES, PT, DE, FR
P
Paybis

Top-3 for 22 country-specific 'buy crypto' queries

22 / 30 geos

Paybis is a regulated crypto on-ramp serving 180+ countries. Their SEO traffic was mostly EN — every other market underperformed despite the product being live there. We rebuilt the country-page architecture, fixed hreflang that had been broken for three years, and shipped native-language content per geo with local editors.

  • Country pages built per market (not auto-translated from EN).
  • Hreflang fully reimplemented and verified in Search Console.
  • Native editors for ES, PT, DE, FR — same brief, shipped same calendar week.
  • Source-tagged outbound for clean attribution back to organic.
  • Sign-ups from organic up 3.4× over twelve months.
03 · B2B SaaS · Series B · DevTools·US + UK
Under NDA · dashboards on call

+318% non-brand organic in 11 months

+318% MoT

A Series B DevTools company had a 1,400-page content estate built over four years by three previous agencies. None of it was ranking. The architecture was the problem — cannibalised clusters, thin pages competing for the same query, internal linking that buried bottom-of-funnel pages four clicks deep.

  • Audit identified six topical clusters worth keeping and 12 to retire.
  • Retired 480 thin posts (proper 410 / 301 strategy per page).
  • Rebuilt internal linking templates from scratch.
  • Shipped 220 new comparison and integrations pages over months 4–10.
  • Pipeline-sourced revenue from organic up 4.2× by Q4.
04 · E-commerce · DTC · Cosmetics · Shopify·US
Under NDA · dashboards on call

Recovered 62% of traffic lost to the March 2026 update in 14 weeks

62% → 92%

A DTC cosmetics brand on Shopify took a Helpful-Content hit in March and lost ~60% of organic in three weeks. The brand's content was good but the PDPs were thin and EEAT signals were absent. We worked on both ends in parallel — content remediation and technical clean-up — and tracked recovery weekly.

  • PDP body rewritten with first-person testing notes and named authors.
  • Schema overhaul: Product, Offer, Review, FAQPage where appropriate.
  • Faceted-nav cleanup — variant URLs canonicalised correctly for the first time.
  • First signs of recovery week 4; 92% of pre-hit by week 14.
  • Revenue from organic recovered to 88% of pre-hit by week 14.
05 · Multi-location · Home Services · 84 sites·US (12 states)
Under NDA · dashboards on call

Top-3 local pack in 71 of 84 markets

71 / 84

An 84-location home services brand had GBP profiles in varying states of decay, location pages that were 80% template, and a review programme that ran on goodwill. We took ownership of GBP across the portfolio and rebuilt the location-page architecture from the URL up.

  • Named PoC per region for GBP management.
  • Weekly GBP post cadence per location, regionalised content.
  • Review-velocity programme tied to post-service SMS.
  • Location pages rewritten with real local content (named technicians, neighbourhood specifics).
  • 12 markets that had never seen the pack are now anchored there.
06 · B2B · Legal Tech·US + EU
Under NDA · dashboards on call

Pipeline-sourced revenue from organic 5.4× in 18 months

5.4× pipeline

A legal tech company with a 12-month sales cycle. Traffic was up but pipeline wasn't moving. We got read-only CRM access in week 2 and rebuilt the content strategy around what was actually closing, not what was getting clicks.

  • Identified 14 commercial topics where MQLs converted disproportionately.
  • Built deep content around each, with the firm's senior counsel as on-page author.
  • Quarterly re-prioritisation based on closed-won attribution.
  • Reporting reframed around pipeline-sourced revenue, not sessions.
  • Closed-loop attribution surfaced 3 surprise winning topics nobody had predicted.
07 · B2B SaaS · Series A · HR Tech·US
Under NDA · dashboards on call

Owned 14 of 18 'X vs Y' SERPs against an established competitor

14 / 18 vs.

A Series A HR-tech company was getting outranked on 'their brand vs. competitor' SERPs by the competitor's own content. We built an honest comparison-page programme — features compared side-by-side, no marketing-speak — and rewrote the on-page quarterly.

  • Comparison pages built around honest feature comparison, not pitch language.
  • Schema, internal linking, and on-page CTAs aligned to comparison-stage intent.
  • Quarterly rewrite cadence as both products evolved.
  • Sign-ups from organic up 2.8× over the engagement.
08 · E-commerce · Marketplace · Outdoor · Hydrogen·US + Canada
Under NDA · dashboards on call

Category-page traffic 4.1× in 9 months

+318% category

An outdoor-gear marketplace built on Shopify Hydrogen had thin category pages and a faceted-nav setup that was leaking crawl budget on variant URLs. The product catalogue and inventory feed were excellent — they just weren't ranking.

  • Re-architected category-page templates to load real content above the fold.
  • Hydrogen-specific rendering fixes for above-the-fold content.
  • Faceted-nav canonical strategy implemented properly for the first time.
  • Structured data + internal linking from PDPs to relevant categories.
  • Most of the lift came from pages that already existed but weren't ranking.
What they actually said

No logo wall. No carousel.

If we can't share the brand, we won't pad the page with a logo strip you couldn't verify. Three notes — typed by people we've worked with, used with their permission.

“
The audit was the first SEO document our engineers actually read cover to cover. Half the recommendations shipped inside a sprint.
Head of Engineering · B2B SaaS
“
They told us on the scoping call which of our previous agencies' work to keep and which to retire. That sentence alone saved us six months.
VP Marketing · DTC brand
“
I've never had an SEO retainer where the same operator was on the call from kickoff through year two. That's the whole product, honestly.
