Crowd marketing, done as participation.
Hand-placed mentions and contextual links on Reddit, Quora, Stack Exchange, and niche Q&A communities. Real accounts with real history. Useful answers, not template spam. We treat this as supplementary signal — it works because the surrounding link programme is real.

Four use cases we sell crowd into.
If you're looking at crowd marketing as your main SEO lever, we're probably not the right agency. Below: the use cases where it earns its keep.
Brand mention diversification
Your link profile is editorial-heavy and Google's spam team likes to see a fuller signal mix.
Topical relevance scaffolding
Building presence on Q&A pages that rank for your queries — even without a link, the citation matters.
AI-Overview citation play
Reddit threads now feed AI Overviews. A useful answer with a soft mention can earn a citation Google then surfaces.
Pre-launch signal
Quietly seeding presence before a campaign launch so the brand isn't a stranger when editorial coverage arrives.
Three sizes. Per-placement floors in mono.
Lowest tier is $3 / placement at scale. Lowest one-shot batch is $300 for 30 placements. Both are real prices, not anchors.
Trial
Small batch to test fit. We pick the platforms, write the contributions, share the report.
- 30 manual placements
- 3 platform types
- Full URL list + screenshot report
- One-shot · no retainer
Standard
Most bookedOur default. Monthly cadence, three platform mixes, indexation-checked.
- 120 placements / month
- Reddit + Quora + niche Q&A
- Indexation + accounts-still-live checks
- Monthly report
Velocity
For brand-mention scale plays — pre-launches, AI-Overview pushes, recovery contexts.
- 300+ placements / month
- 5 platform mixes
- Topical + branded anchor mix
- Bi-weekly report
The honest disqualifiers.
- Replacing editorial link building — crowd is supplementary signal, not a backbone.
- Brands looking for 'cheap links at scale' — we don't sell anything bot-placed or template-spammed.
- Manipulating reviews or ratings on third-party platforms.
- Anywhere it would be dishonest to participate (we won't pretend to be a user we're not).
What buyers actually want to know.
- Is this safe?
- Crowd marketing is safe when it's done as participation, not as spam. We use real, aged accounts; we contribute genuinely useful content (the platforms wouldn't keep our accounts otherwise); and we never overload anchor text or velocity. The penalty risk lives in volume and intent — we keep both reasonable.
- Are these dofollow links?
- Mostly no — Reddit, Quora, and most major forums use nofollow or UGC tags. The value is in topical relevance, brand-mention diversity, and the citation pull for AI Overviews. If you need dofollow editorial links, see /services/link-building.
- Why so cheap compared to editorial PR?
- The work scales differently. A senior digital-PR placement involves outreach, pitching, content production, and editorial back-and-forth — easily 8–20 hours per link. A crowd placement is a few minutes of contribution by an experienced account holder. Both are honest work; they're just different products.
- Do you guarantee placements stay live?
- We replace any placement removed inside 30 days, no re-billing. After 30 days, removals are normal organic turnover and we don't replace them — but they've already done their indexation work by then.
Crowd works best as part of a real link programme. Send a brief and we'll scope crowd alongside editorial placements.
