What's actually inside

Eight analysis areas. No fluff sections.

If we can't show our work in a finding, it doesn't go in the document. No 'overall site health' charts, no aggregate scores. Just the work.

Crawl & render analysis

Screaming Frog + Sitebulb + a real human checking what Googlebot sees vs. what your users see. JS rendering, partial hydration, edge cases your CMS hides.

Log file review

Two weeks of raw server logs analysed by hand. Where Googlebot is wasting crawl budget. What's getting requested vs. what's getting indexed. The diff matters.

Internal linking graph

Every internal link mapped. Authority distribution by template. Orphaned pages. Cluster integrity. The single highest-leverage on-page fix on most audits.

Schema audit

What's marked up, what's broken, what's missing. AI Overview-relevant types (Product, FAQ, HowTo, Article) checked for completeness and consistency.

Content gap & cannibalisation

Cluster-by-cluster coverage map. Pages competing for the same query. Thin pages we'd retire. Topics owned by competitors we'd attack first.

Link profile health

Where your authority comes from. Toxicity signals. Lost links worth recovering. Authority distribution by topic (not just by URL).

Competitive read

Three named competitors, their structure, their wins, the queries you both lost to AI Overviews this quarter. Not a generic 'competitor analysis'.

Six-month forecast

Best / base / worst case organic traffic by month assuming the prioritised fix list ships. A model you can argue with — and we'll show our work.
Packages

Three sizes. Real prices.

Most agencies hide audit pricing behind a form. We don't. Quote ranges live here so you can scope us in or out before we waste each other's time.

The 14-day shape

Day-by-day. Named handovers.

  1. Day 0

    Intake

30-minute scoping call. We ask for read-only access to GSC, GA4, server logs, and your sitemap. We send a signed NDA same-day if you need one.

  2. Day 1–10

    Audit

One operator runs the audit start to finish. You get a Slack channel for clarifying questions, not a status report cadence — we'll come to you.

  3. Day 11–13

    Edit

A second operator reviews. Sanity-check on findings, prioritisation, forecast model. Catches what the first operator missed.

  4. Day 14

    Deliver

Document handed over + 90-minute walkthrough with whoever you bring on the call. Q&A is included; we don't bill walkthrough time.

One audit, in numbers

What an audit unlocked, anonymised.

B2B SaaS · Series B
Before

+318% non-brand organic

Audit identified cannibalisation across the comparison-page cluster plus a poorly-shaped internal linking template that buried bottom-of-funnel pages 4 clicks deep. Retiring the thin pages and re-architecting templates moved non-brand organic 318% — most of it from pages that already existed.

FAQ

The awkward questions, answered.

Do you use any AI to write the audit?
Yes — for the parts where it's honestly useful. Schema validation, crawl-data summarisation, and cluster-map drafting use tooling we built in-house on top of Claude. Every finding is reviewed and rewritten by the operator running the audit. The document you receive was edited by a human, line by line.
What if our engineering team is the bottleneck?
Common. The audit ships with effort estimates next to every recommendation — we sort the fix list so the high-leverage low-effort items are on top. We also offer a 'shipping retainer' bolt-on: we write the PRs ourselves against your repo. Not every client needs it; most do.
Can we just have a free audit?
No. A free audit either takes us 90 minutes (which means it's mostly a Lighthouse score and a sales pitch) or we lose money on every deal that doesn't convert. We'd rather charge for the audit, sign you off if it's not a fit, and refund the audit fee against retainer if you proceed.
Can we see a sample audit before we sign?
Yes. We send a redacted real audit — names and metrics changed, structure intact — once an NDA is in place. The sample is the work, not a sales artefact.
What's your cancellation policy?
If we haven't started, we refund minus a $500 scoping fee. After kickoff, 50% if you cancel before Day 7, no refund after that — by Day 7 most of the audit is done. We've never had a cancellation post-Day-7.

Send us a URL and the keyword you care about. We'll come back with the three things we'd look at first.
