Six things every engagement gets.
There's no 'content lite' tier where we skip the SERP read or fire the editor. Either we do all of it or we don't take the work.

Volume isn't the variable that matters — the briefs, editors, and process don't change between tiers. You're paying for output count, not for a different team.

The questions everyone asks about content + AI.
- Do you use AI to write the content?
- We use Claude for research, SERP analysis, and first-draft outlining. The body copy is written by a human writer and rewritten by a named editor. Anything we publish on a client site has had at least two human passes; on most engagements, three. The result isn't 'AI content with human polish' — it's editor-led content that uses AI where AI is honestly useful.
- What about AI Overviews stealing our traffic?
- Two-part answer. First: not all AI Overview traffic is gone — citation traffic from Perplexity and ChatGPT is measurable if you set it up, and we set it up on every engagement. Second: AI Overviews favour content that's citation-shaped — short claim density, schema-aligned answers, source-worthy paragraphs. We write for both ranking and citation. You'll see both metrics in the monthly retro.
- Can you write for our brand voice?
- Yes — and we'd rather invest two hours up front getting it right than 'tone-checking' every piece. Engagements start with a voice doc we build together: 5–10 sample pieces of writing you love, 3–5 you don't, and a one-page brand-voice memo we draft. After kickoff, the editor enforces it.
- What's out of scope?
- Ghost-writing for executives, podcast scripts, ebook ghost-projects, social-media calendars, video scripts. We do SEO content — articles, comparisons, glossary pages, programmatic pages, landing copy. If you need a content agency rather than an SEO content team, we'll happily refer you to a few we trust.
Brief us on one piece. We'll come back with a SERP read and a sample brief — yours to keep either way.
